    When you are travelling and things change, meetings run longer, flights get cancelled, traffic is bad or the weather affects your travel plans, you need to know that help is at hand no matter what time of day.
    At Pulse Travel, not only do we provide you the best service during office hours, we are also committed to making sure that this level of customer service is replicated afterhours and on weekends.
    With this in mind, from Monday the 12th of August we are upgrading our afterhours service to provide you a professional afterhours/emergency team to handle all of your urgent and emergency calls outside of our office hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
    Our afterhours team is based in Australia and our team members Leanne, Melissa, Sahra, Marielos and Sarah, are all expert Travel Consultants with many years industry experience. They are available from 6pm until 8am the following morning (BNE time) Monday to Friday and 24 hours on the weekend and national public holidays. Queensland public holidays will be covered under normal office hours of operation by calling 07 3004 6666.
    Our team will handle your call in the same professional manner that you are accustomed to. You can be rest assured that they have full access to your company profile and booking history, you won’t need to explain everything again.  
    What does this mean for you?

    1. As of Monday the 12th of August, our afterhours contact number is changing from the current mobile service to +61 7 3004 6688
    2. Mobile texting will no longer be received or actioned by the afterhours team so you will need to phone or email
    3. Once you have experienced our new afterhours service, we would love to hear your feedback!  Please give us a call or email with your thoughts and opinions.

    We would like to take this opportunity to remind you to please use the afterhours service for urgent or emergency purposes only. By this we mean imminent travel or emergencies that require immediate action.

    Any non-urgent travel enquiries should continue to be directed to your Pulse Travel Account Manager during business hours.
