What happens if I need to cancel?

Things happen! Talk to Pulse Travel first about what your options are as most suppliers offer flexible options if you need to cancel. Normal cancellation fees do however still apply on some airlines, cruises and tours etc. We will work with you regardless for the best outcome.

Have airport and boarding processes changed?

Wearing of masks, social distancing and good hand hygiene is required in all areas of the airport and lounges.

Do I need a mask to travel?

Wearing of face masks is mandatory on all Domestic Australian flights and also in airports.

Should I renew my passport?

We suggest to always make sure your passport is current. If you plan to travel to New Zealand and the Pacific when permitted, you will still need a valid passport with more than 6 months validity.
