Fully Managed Itinerary

Pulse Travel utilises an advanced Online Booking Tool to arrange, adjust and send business travellers their itinerary, so that travellers can view and request changes to their itinerary on the go, including using Frequent Flyer points or requesting Business Class upgrades. This itinerary is easily accessible via your PulsePilot login. Should plans change, your Travel Manager can also update and send you a new itinerary on the go, so you don’t need to worry about making changes yourself. Your Frequent Flyer profiles can also be added into PulsePilot, ensuring that you accrue points across all valid profiles while you travel.

How can I access my Pulse Travel itinerary?

Your Pulse Travel itinerary will be sent to you by your Travel Arranger prior to time of booking. You can also access this via your PulsePilot login where all of your flights, accommodation and transfer information will be listed. If you can’t access this or have issues viewing it, get in touch with our team and your Travel Arranger can assist.

Does Pulse Travel Manage Last-Minute Updates?

Pulse Travel will fully manage your travel while you’re on the road, including any last-minute changes or amendments that you may require. If you require any amendments, chat to your Travel Manager about what you require and they will organise the updates for you.
