Terms and Conditions for the Newsletter Opt-In

The promoter is: Pulse Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 42 010 936 179) whose registered office is at Unit G7/12 Browning St, South Brisbane QLD 4101.

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Pulse Travel Pty Ltd and its related body corporates and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
    2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    1. To enter the competition, you must subscribe to Pulse Travel’s newsletter.
  3. Selection Criteria:
    1. The winner will be selected at random on December 17th, 2024.
  4. Prizes:
    1. There is one prize available to win; a travel voucher worth $1,350.
    2. The prize must be used towards pre-paid airfares and or accommodation.
    3. The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or for use directly with a third-party supplier.
    4. The prize does not include:
      1. Transport or transfer costs.
      2. Meals or Beverages.
      3. Any spending money whilst on holiday
      4. Travel Insurance or Visas.
    5. 1 (one) prize available per winner.
    6. The prize must be fully redeemed through Pulse Travel by 15 December, 2025.
  5. Deadline for Entries and Winner Announcement:
    1. The competition starts on 1st June 2024 and ends on 16th December 2024 at 23:59 AEST.
    2. Comments will be disabled at the end of the last day (AEST), and the winner will be announced on social media at the completion of the competition period.
    3. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
    4. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  6. Disqualifications or Exclusions:
    1. Pulse Travel Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who engages in fraudulent behaviour.
    2. Pulse Travel Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude any participant who provides false or misleading information or who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
    3. Existing subscribers are not eligible to win.
  7. Disclaimer and Liability Statement:
    1. Pulse Travel Pty Ltd is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of the competition.
    2. Pulse Travel Pty Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or errors that may occur during the competition.
  8. Intellectual Property and Privacy
    1. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the promoter to use their name and likeness in any promotional material associated with the competition.
    2. All personal information provided by participants will be handled in accordance with Pulse Travel Pty Ltd privacy policy.
  9. Other Information:
    1. The promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time and to communicate any changes to participants via the Pulse Travel Pty Ltd
    2. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
    3. Pulse Travel Pty Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
    4. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
