We are a leading boutique travel agency dedicated to achieving excellence and we strive to be our customer’s Travel Management Company of choice.  As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Executive to drive the growth of our corporate business.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a strong network within the industry, and a proven track record of generating new business.  This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.


  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities primarily in the corporate travel market.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the travel industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel products and services.


  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong network of contacts within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work in the office, attend industry events and travel as needed.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Flexible start/finish times, Monday to Friday, no weekends!
