Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Leisure Travel Manager to join our team.  You will have a deep love for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to design bespoke travel experiences for our clients.  If you are a detail oriented, organised, and resourceful individual with a knack for crafting a dream holiday, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and book leisure travel incl. flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, cruises, and packages from cost conscious to high-end.
  • Provide personalised travel recommendations to our customers based on their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Provide accurate advice, recommendations, and have a high level of attention to detail on travel options, itineraries, visa requirements, travel regulations and destinations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to guarantee repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry changes.
  • Keep updated and adhere to all Pulse Travel policies and procedures.
  • General office and administrative duties, where required.
  • Required to undertake any additional duties or tasks as requested by Management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Leisure Travel Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong sales and track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in GDS and back of house software, preferably Amadeus and Tramada.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within an operations team to deliver on desired outcomes.
  • Passion for travel and the genuine desire to help clients and your team achieve targets.
  • A proactive approach to client service and relationship management, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding service.
