*Terms and Conditions apply

General:

1. The promoter is Pulse Travel Pty Ltd, ACN 010936179, ABN 42010936179, IATA 02340881 of G7/12 Browning St, South Brisbane, QLD Australia 4101 (“Promoter”).
2. The promotion named Corporate Travel Offer is valued at a maximum value of up to $3,500 in Travel Credits (“Promotion”).
3. The travel credits promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions (“Eligible Entrants/Companies”).

Eligibility:

6. For new Pulse Travel clients only, this promotion cannot be applied by a current Pulse Travel customer.
7. The promotion period will commence on 22nd July 2024 and will continue until 31st October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
8. Account application must be completed by the 31st of October 2024.
9. Account implementation must be completed 90 days after the account application has been completed.
10. Eligible companies will be deemed to be accepted at the time of the offer selection.
11. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any companies it deems are not eligible at its sole discretion.

How the promotion works:

12. Travel credits apply to domestic travel within Australia, booked via the online portal only.
13. Travel credits are capped at 125 new bookings within a 12-month period starting from the account activation date.
14. All valid booking credits will be applied to the client’s account 12 months from the account activation date.
15. Booking credits are valued at $20 each with a maximum total credit capped at $2,500 or 125 domestic travel bookings.
16. Standard implementation cost is valued at $1,000 and will be credited back to the customer’s account at 12 months from the account activation date.
17. Travel credits must be used towards pre-paid airfares and or accommodation.
18. Travel credits are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or use directly with a third-party supplier.
19. Standard service cost schedule applies to all companies during this promotion period.
20. The promotor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions and or who engages in fraudulent behaviour.

Other Information:

21. The promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Corporate Travel Offer at any time and to communicate any changes to participants via the Pulse Travel Pty Ltd
22. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Corporate Travel Offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
23. Redemption of the offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by each entrant.
24. The promotor is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur due to this Corporate Travel Offer.
25. The promotor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or errors that may occur during the Corporate Travel Offer period.
26. All personal information provided by participants will be handled in accordance with Pulse Travel Pty Ltd privacy policy.
27. The promotor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behaviour.
28. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion are the responsibility of each eligible company.
